This book is about adjectives. The adjective is the part of speech that has the ‘describing job.’ It gives more information about the noun, pronoun or noun phrase. Using adjectives to describe the size, shape, color, number, or kind of noun does this. Adjectives allow us to better create a more accurate picture in our mind of the noun being described.  This book is intended to be a fun initial exploration of adjectives to help children understand the ‘job’ or role of adjectives.
